摘  要:调查了上海市浦东新区5家代表性园艺场的小白菜施肥及其硝酸盐情况,并进行了不同茬口和不同施肥量的小白菜生产试验,测定不同采收间隔期小白菜硝酸盐含量,以研究小白菜生产中的安全间隔期和最佳施肥量,以及影响小白菜硝酸盐含量的主要因素。调查及试验结果表明:各园艺场施肥量普遍较高,小白菜硝酸盐含量普遍超标(GB 18406.1-2001:≤3 000 mg/kg);氮用量75 kg/hm^2时,小白菜产量最高;安全间隔期、茬口安排以及施肥量是影响小白菜硝酸盐含量的主要因素。Both fertilizer rates in pakchoi production and nitrate contents of pakchoi were surveyed in 5 typical horticultural enterprises of Pudong New District, and also pakchoi production tests were carried out under different crop rotations and fertilizer rates and the nitrate contents of pakchoi at different harvest intervals were determined so as to investigate the preharvest period, the optimal fer- tilizer rate and the major factors influencing pakchoi^s nitrate content. The survey and the tests indi- cated that all the enterprises excessively applied fertilizer and the nitrate content of pakchoi generally exceeded the set standard(GB 18406.1-2001.43 000 mg/kg) ;When nitrogen fertilizer rate was 75 kg/hm2 the pakchoi yield was the highest; And the preharvest period,rotation crops and fertilizer rate were the major factors influencing the nitrate content of pakchoi.
