摘 要:目的探讨心脏超声造影时间-强度曲线定量分析判断心脏实性病灶性质的价值。方法对经二维超声诊断的36例心脏实性病灶患者行超声造影及时间-强度曲线定量分析,根据二维超声图像特征、目测造影剂填充增强.情况及时间-强度曲线定量分析结果判断病变性质,并与确诊结果相比较。结果通过目测病变处造影剂填充增强情况诊断黏液瘤11例、血栓9例、恶性肿瘤16例(其中2例经手术病检后证实良性);通过超声造影时间-强度曲线定量分析诊断良性肿瘤13例、血栓9例、恶性肿瘤14例,与病检结果完全一致。结论心脏造影、时间-强度曲线定量分析的联合应用有助于判断心脏肿瘤的良恶性,为临床治疗方法的选择提供更好的依据。Objective This study was undertaken to assess the value of contrast enhanced echocardiography time intensity curves quantitative analysis in differentiating cardiac occupational diseases. Methods Two-dimensional and contrast enhanced echocardiography were performed in 36 patients with cardiac occupational diseases. Diagnoses were made comprehensively by two-dimensional imaging characteristics, contrast enhancement of cardiac masses and time- intensity curve quantitative analysis. Results Myxomas, thrombus and malignant tumors were diagnosed for 11, 9 and 16 patients respectively by observing contrast enhancement of cardiac masses, among which 2 malignant tumors were later confirmed benign by pathological examination after surgical operation. However, by time intensity quantita- tive analysis, benign tumors, thrombus, malignant tumors were diagnosed for 13,9 and 14 patients, all in accordance with confirmed diagnoses. Conclusions Combining contrast enhanced echocardiography and time-intensity quantitative analysis can improve diagnostic accuracy in cardiac masses and provide a better reference for clinical treatment.
