超声造影对闭合性睾丸损伤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声造影在闭合性睾丸损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法对33例可疑闭合性睾丸损伤患者进行常规超声及超声造影检查，检查结果与手术或随访结果对照。结果33例患者中确诊睾丸损伤28例，常规超声、超声造影诊断的灵敏度分别为92．9%与96．4％，两者比较无差异性（x2=0．5，P=0．45〉O．05）。超声造影对睾丸损伤分型的诊断符合率高于常规超声。结论常规超声及超声造影检查均能对闭合性睾丸损伤做出较准确的定性诊断，超声造影比常规超声更有助于评价损伤的严重程度。Objective To evaluate the value of contrast enhanced ultrasound （CEUS） in the diagnosis of closed testicular trauma. Methods Both conventional ultrasonography（US） and CEUS were performed on 33cases of closed testicular trauma suspected by clinical manifestations,and thereafter the cases were confirmed by surgical operations or follow-up results. Results Twenty-eight cases out of 33 closed testicular traumas were confirmed , the sensitivity of US and CEUS were 92.9 % and 96.4 %. There was no significant difference between US and CEUS. The accuracy rate of CEUS on closed testicular trauma diagnosis was higher than that of US. Conclusions Both US and CEUS can make accurate qualitative diagnosis of blunt testicular injury. But CEUS can show the severity of the injury more clearly than US.
