摘 要:弥散加权成像(diffusion-weighted imaging,DWI)是测量活体水分子运动的敏感方法,它能够反映生物体内水分子的弥散特性,评价水分子随机运动状况,从而提供组织的空间结构信息。但在肾脏疾病的应用上目前仍处于研究探索阶段。由于各种肾脏疾病引起肾脏的组织结构及功能发生变化,可以不同程度的影响水分子的弥散运动,从而表现出不同的表观弥散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)。本文就肾脏疾病的DWI国内外相关研究进展予以综述。Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) is a sensitive method of measuring the movement of water molecules in the body, and it can also reflect the diffusion characteristics of water molecules in the body and can be used to evaluate the random movements of the water molecules. So it can provide the space-structure information of the tissue. But at present the research of DWI in the diagnosis of kidney disease is still in the preliminary stage. The changes of structure and function of the kidney caused by various renal diseases can affect the water molecules diffusion in certain degrees, which may lead to different apparent diffusion coefficient ( ADC). In this article the authors review the research advancement of the DWI in the diagnosis of kidney disease both at home and abroad.
