颈内静脉置管在血液透析中的应用(附27例报告)

摘　　要：目的:评价颈内静脉置管在血液透析中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析我院肾内科2008年12月至2011年11月27例接受右颈内静脉置管血液透析的慢性肾功能衰竭患者的治疗效果,对透析血流量、导管血栓、导管相关性感染等指标进行总结。结果:颈内静脉置管的平均透析血流量为(230.14±64.05)mL/min,导管平均留置时间为(13.6±7.3)个月,感染和血栓形成率分别为17.5%和11.1%。结论:颈内静脉置管方法的导管留置时间长,血流量充足,透析充分,是不能建立动静脉内瘘患者的理想选择,但仍然要重视预防感染和血栓形成。Objective：To evaluate the internal jugular vein catheterization in hemodialysis. Methods： Retrospectively analyze the treatment effects of 27 patients with chronic renal failure who accept right internal jugular vein catheter for hemodialysis from December 2008 to November 20ll, and the blood flow of hemodialysis, dialysis catheter thrombosis, catheter-related infections and other indicators are summarized. Results ： The average blood flow of hemodialysis is （230. 14 ＋ 64.05 ） mL/min, and the average time of indwelling catheters was（ 13.6 ＋7.3）months. The infection and thrombosis rate was 17.5% and 11. 1%. Conclusion： The method of internal jugular vein catheter can last longer with adequate blood flow and complete dialysis,which is a good choice for the patients who can not establish arteriovenous fistula, but we still should pay more attention to the prevention of infection and thrombosis.
