摘　　要：针对医疗纠纷逐年上升、暴力伤害医务人员事件时有发生的态势,从管理经济学角度出发,运用成本理论分析医疗纠纷的成本构成,提出防范纠纷的合理化建议,减少因纠纷产生的各种成本,以保护医患双方的合法权益,构建平安和谐的医疗执业环境。Under the environment of medical disputes increasing year by year and the violence towards doctors occurred from time to time, in view of managerial economics , the cost structure of medical dispute is analyzed by cost theory. Suggestions on medical dispute prevention, the cost of medical dispute reduction to assure hospital and patient's legitimate rights and create harmonious medical service delivery environment.
