摘　　要：目的了解男男性行为人群（MSM）艾滋病病毒（HIV）的感染来源及导致感染的相关原因,为开展针对性干预活动提供依据。方法对19名新近感染HIV的MSM进行深入访谈。结果受访对象年龄为18~61岁,职业呈多元化,HIV阳转时间在2009-2010年。受访者可能的感染来源为同志浴池偶然性伴（8/19）、浴池结识的普通朋友（1/19）、有感情维系的固定性伴（4/19）、互联网偶然性伴（4/19）、酒吧偶然性伴（2/19）。MSM感染HIV的相关原因包括：在同志浴池发生性行为、感染风险意识淡漠、不了解当地MSM的疫情、性伴复杂、缺乏HIV感染状况交流。结论同志浴池偶然性伴、固定性伴及互联网偶然性伴,是MSM感染HIV的主要来源。缺乏风险意识和不交流艾滋病话题与HIV感染密切相关。Objective To investigate the sources and risk factors of HIV infection among men who have sex with men(MSM),and provide evidence for effective intervention development.Method In-depth interviews were conducted among 19recently infected MSM.Results The interviewees were from 18to 61years old with various occupation.The seroconversions were occurred between 2009and 2010.The infection sources of 19interviewees were casual sex partner in gay bathroom(8/19),regular friend in gay bathroom(1/19),boy friend(4/19),casual sex partner from gay website(4/19),and casual sex partner from gay bar(2/19).The HIV related risk factors include having sex in gay bathroom,low HIV/AIDS risk awareness,lack of knowledge about local HIV epidemic among MSM,multiple and unsteady sex partners and absence of communication about HIV status.Conclusion Casual sex partners in gay bathroom,boy friend and casual sex partners from gay website are primary sources of HIV infection among MSM.Low risk awareness and rarely communication about HIV status are closely related to HIV infection among MSM.
