摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病医护人员的职业倦怠状况,为其提供心理干预及制定心理卫生服务相关政策提供依据。方法采用Maslach倦怠量表-服务行业版(MBI-HSS),对62名艾滋病医护人员、144名综合医院医护人员的职业倦怠状况进行问卷调查。结果与Maslach’s常模比较,在情感衰竭维度上,艾滋病医护人员的得分(29.11±10.10)高于常模(22.19±9.53)(t=5.399,P<0.01);在自我成就感维度上,艾滋病医护人员的得分(30.16±9.19)低于常模(36.54±7.34)(t=-5.466,P<0.01)。在情感衰竭维度上,艾滋病医护人员的得分(29.11±10.10)高于综合医院医护人员(25.27±13.12)(t=2.058,P<0.05)。在情感衰竭维度和去个性化维度上,初级职称医生得分〔(28.83±13.30)、(7.58±5.29)〕高于初级职称护理人员[(21.41±9.02)、(3.82±2.81)](F=4.82,F=8.09,均P<0.01);在自我成就感维度上,中级及以上职称的医生得分(32.91±9.90)高于中级及以上职称的护理人员(27.07±6.91)(F=4.50,P<0.05)。结论艾滋病医护人员的情感衰竭状况较综合医院医护人员更为严重;不同职称的医生与护理人员职业倦怠存在差异。Objective To assess the job burnout among medical staff in caring for human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS)patients,and to provide evidence for the implementation of relevant psychological intervention and for the establishment of related policy for HIV/AIDS medical staff.Methods 62HIV/AIDS health workers and 144 medical staff in general hospitals were evaluated using Maslach burnout inventory-human services survey(MBI-HSS).Results In the dimension of emotional exhaustion,the scores of HIV/AIDS medical staff in caring for HIV/AIDS were significantly higher than the Maslach's norm(29.11±10.10vs 22.19±9.53)(t=5.399,P<0.01);in the dimension of personal accomplishment,the scores of medical staffs in caring for HIV/AIDS were significantly lower than the Maslach's norm(30.16±9.19vs 36.54± 7.34)(t=-5.466,P<0.01).In the dimension of emotional exhaustion,the scores of medical staffs in caring for HIV/AIDS were significantly higher than those in general hospitals(29.11±10.10vs 25.27±13.12)(t=2.058,P <0.05).In the dimension of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization,the scores of junior doctors were significantly higher than junior nurses[(28.83±13.30vs 21.41±9.02)、(7.58±5.29vs 3.82±2.81)](F=4.82,F= 8.09,P<0.01);in the dimension of personal accomplishment,the scores of doctors with intermediate professional titles or above were significantly higher than the nurses with intermediate professional titles or above(32.91±9.90 vs 27.07±6.91)(F=4.50,P<0.05).Conclusion Medical staff in caring for HIV/AIDS experienced heavier emotional exhaustion than those working in general hospitals,and there are differences on job burnout between doctors and nurses with different professional titles.
