单一增强蛋白酶抑制剂抗病毒治疗艾滋病的研究进展

摘　　要：高效抗反转录病毒治疗(Highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)是目前治疗艾滋病的有效措施。HAART的核心就是选用作用于不同位点的药物抑制HIV病毒复制。目前常用的抗病毒药物是核苷类、非核苷类、蛋白酶、整合酶抑制剂等。近几年欧洲开展了一些科研工作,证明单一增强蛋白酶抑制剂进行抗病毒治疗的优化治疗方案是可行的。文章针对使用单一增强蛋白酶抑制剂抗病毒治疗的可行性做一综述。HAART is effective measure in treatment of AIDS.The main point of HAART is sellecting on different drugs for inhibiting HIV virus replication.At present,the commonly used antiviral drugs are hucleoside,non-nucleoside,protease,integrase inhibitor.In the recent years,Europe carried out some researehes,which demonstrates that single enhenced protease inhibitor antiviral treatment optimiyation treatment is feasible,this article reviews the use of feasibility of single reinforced protease inhibitor antiviral treatment.
