共情护理对老年患者肠镜检查前肠道准备的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨共情护理在老年患者肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果.方法 选取2010年7月至2012年10月拟行电子肠镜检查的住院老年患者62例,随机分为常规护理组29例和共情护理组33例,比较两组患者肠道准备前后生理指标（心率、血压）、肠道清洁度及患者满意度.结果 肠道准备前两组患者的心率、血压差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；肠道准备后两组患者血压差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但常规护理组心率为（70.9±4.6）次/min,共情护理组心率为（67.0±4.1）次/min,差异有统计学意义（t =3.45,P＜0.05）.肠道清洁度比较,常规护理组Ⅰ级8例、Ⅱ级16例、Ⅲ级5例,共情护理组Ⅰ级16例、Ⅱ级17例,差异有统计学意义（Z=5.11,P＜0.05）.共情护理组患者满意度总分为（127.00±8.49）分,明显高于常规护理组的（103.00±9.18）分,差异有统计学意义（t=10.70,P＜0.05）.结论 情护理能够提高老年患者肠道准备的效果,提高患者的满意度.Objective To explore the effect of empathy nursing on intestinal tract preparation for colonoscopy in elderly patients.Methods A total of 62 patients from July 2010 to October 2012,who were planned for colonoscopy examination,were randomly divided into two groups.The control group （n =29）received routine nursing,and the experimental group （n =33） received empathy nursing.The physiological indicators （heart rate,blood pressure）,intestinal cleanliness and satisfaction of patients were compared in two groups before and after bowel preparation.Results There was no statistically significant difference between two groups on indices of age,blood pressure and heart rates before intervention （P ＞ 0.05）.After the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between two groups on blood pressure,but the heart rate was （70.9 ± 4.6） beats/min in the control group,and （67.0 ± 4.1） beats/min in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant （t =3.45,P ＜ 0.05）.Cleaning efficacy reached level Ⅰ in 16 patients,level Ⅱ in 17 patients in the experimental group; and level Ⅰ in 8 patients,level Ⅱ in 16 patients,level Ⅲ in 5 patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （Z =5.11,P ＜ 0.05）.The score of nursing work satisfaction was （127.00 ± 8.49） in the experimental group,and （103.00 ± 9.18） in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （t =10.70,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Empathy nursing can improve effectiveness of bowel preparation for colonoscopy in elderly patients,and increase nursing work satisfaction.
