摘  要:目的 探讨治疗高峰时段护理流程再造对护理质量的影响.方法 针对普外科的6个病区,选取不同病区不同层次护士60名对治疗高峰时段护理流程再造前后进行两次问卷调查.随机抽取住院超过3d的患者或家属63人,对治疗高峰时段护理流程再造前后进行两次问卷调查.结果 再造后患者的满意度由原来的86.7% (52/60)上升到98.3% (59/60),差异有统计学意义(x2=6.235,P=0.023).再造后护士的满意度由原来70.0% (42/60)上升到100.0% (60/60),差异有统计学意义(x2=8.205,P=0.006).护理质量反馈由原来的91.5分上升到98.5分.健康教育知晓率由原来68.3%(41/60)上升到98.3% (59/60),差异有统计学意义(x2=4.336,P=0.038).结论 在治疗高峰时段实施护理流程再造,充分体现了“以患者为中心”的服务宗旨,实现了人力资源的合理配置,提高了护理工作效率,加强了环节质量控制,保证了护理医疗安全,实现了护理质量和患者、家属、护士满意度的整体提高.Objective To evaluate the effect of the reengineering nursing process in peak hours of nursing quality.Methods Sixty nurses from six different surgical wards were surveyed by the questionnaire,and sixty-thee patients or their families,who hospitalized for more than 3 days,were randomly chosen to investigate the satisfaction before and after reengineering nursing process in peak hours of therapy.Results The satisfaction of patients or their family members and nurses were improved significantly after reengineering nursing process in peak hours of therapy.The satisfaction of patients was raised from 86.7% (52/60) to 98.3% (59/60),with significant difference (x2 =6.235,P =0.023).The satisfaction of nurses was raised from 70.0% (42/60)to 100.0% (60/60),with significant difference(x2 =8.205,P =0.006).The feedback on nursing quality was raised from 91.5 to 98.5,and the awareness rate of health education was raised from 68.3% (41/60) to 98.3% (59/60),with significant difference (x2 =4.336,P =0.038).Condusions The implementation of reengineering nursing process in peak hours of therapy fully embodies the "patient-centered" principle.It has achieved a rational allocation of human resources,improved the efficiency of nursing,strengthened the quality control,ensured the safety of nursing care,and improved the whole satisfaction of patients,their families and nurses.
