内痔围扎悬吊加外痔弧形切缝术治疗混合痔临床观察

摘　　要：为观察内痔围扎悬吊加外痔弧形切缝术治疗混合痔的疗效，将60例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组采用内痔围扎悬吊加外痔弧形切缝术治疗，对照组采用传统痔外剥内扎术治疗。观察两组术后肛门疼痛、肛门水肿、住院时间及疗效等相关指标。结果显示，观察组在术后肛门疼痛评分、肛门水肿发生率及住院时间方面优于对照组，两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，内痔围扎悬吊加外痔弧形切缝术能有效治疗混合痔，相关指标优于传统痔外剥内扎术，具有创面愈合快、术后并发症少、恢复时间短、安全性高等优点。This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of internal hemorrhoid enclosed ligation and sus- pension plus external hemorrhoid curved incision ＆ suture in treating mixed hemorrhoids. The 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases for each. Observation group re- ceived internal hemorrhoid enclosed ligation and suspension plus external hemorrhoid curved incision ＆ su- ture,while control group underwent traditional exernal dissection and internM ligation of hemorrhoids. Both groups were observed for postoperative anal pain and edema, and hospital stay, therapeutic efficacy and other relative indicators. The results showed that observation group was superior to control group in scores of postoperative anal pain,the incidence of anal edema,and hospital stay,and there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy in both groups（ P〉0.05）. It is concluded that compared with traditional ex- ternal dissection and internal ligation of hemorrhoids,internal hemorrhoid enclosed ligation and suspension plus external hemorrhoid curved incision ＆ suture is more effective,with rapid wound healing, fewer com- plietions,rapid recovery and high safety.
