超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎加内痔悬吊术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期环状内痔的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎加内痔悬吊术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期环状内痔的疗效，对32例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期环状内痔脱垂伴出血的患者行超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎加内痔悬吊术，并进行临床观察。结果显示，本组32例患者术后随访1～5个月，患者痔脱垂和出血症状均消失，且术后无直肠血肿、创口出血及创口感染，无肛门、直肠狭窄，也无术后痔复发病例。结果表明，超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎加内痔悬吊术不失为治疗轻度环状内痔的一种好方法，具有微创、微痛及与PPH相比治疗成本低的优点。Abstract In order to observe the curative efficacy of Doppler-guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation （DG- HAL）with internal hemorrhoid suspension for the Ⅱ or Ⅲ stage circumferential internal hemorrhoids,32 patients with Ⅱ or Ⅲ stage circumferential prolapse internal hemorrhoids associated with bleeding were subjected to above therapy, and observed for their clinical symptoms. As results, the 32 patients＂ symptoms of hemorrhoidal prolapse and bleeding disappeared by 1-5 months of follow-up after the procedure. Also no rectal hemotoma, wound bleeding and infection occured, no anal and rectal stenosis and relapse case. Resu!ts show that DG-HAL with internal hemorrhoid suspension is to be a good procedure with the advantages of minimally invasive,least painful and less cost in treating milder circumferential internal hemorrhoids com- pared to PPH.
