矾藤痔注射液注射治疗内痔81例临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨矾藤痔注射液注射治疗内痔的疗效，对81例内痔患者于痔核注射1：1矾藤痔注射液（矾藤痔注射液1份配2％利多卡因1ml）。结果显示，治愈75例，占92．6％；有效5例，占6．2％；显效1例，占1．2％；总有效率100％。随访2周至2个月，5例出现轻度便血，其余患者均无便血或痔核脱出。结果表明，矾藤痔注射液注射治疗内痔具有效果好，疗程短，不需住院等优点。In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of injecting Fanteng hemorrhoid injection to treat internal hemorrhoids in this study 81 cases received i ： I Fanteng hemorrhoid injection（i, e Fanteng hemor- rhoid injection-2% lidocaine）. As results,75 cases （92.6%） were cured,5（6.2%） of response,1 （5.2%） of excellent response,total effective rate was 100% ;the follow-up of 2 weeks to 2 months found 5 being of mild hematochezia and rest cases all without hematochezia or hemorrhoid mass prolapsed. Results show that Fanteng hemorrhoid injection for treating internal hemorrhoids has such advantages as better out- come, shorter treatment course and without hospitalization, etc.
