摘  要:小尺寸蝶形光缆具有耐弯折性更好,材料更节省,光缆成本更低,机房使用效率更高,占地面积更少,管道利用更高,敷设成本更低,敷设效率更高等众多优点,使之能更好地满足FTTH的要求。在对小尺寸蝶形光缆进行深入研究的基础上,展开了一系列的设计、生产、测试及推广工作。主要介绍了包层直径为80μm的小芯径单模光纤的性能优势和应用价值,以及小尺寸蝶形光缆的结构设计要点、生产工艺、测试和接续方法。The small size bow-shape cable has a lot of advantages, including better bending resistance, lower material consumption, lower cable cost, better machine room usage efficiency, less land occupation, higher duct usage efficiency, lower installation cost, higher installation efficiency, etc. which make it better meeting the requirements of FTTH. On the basis of deep research on the small size bow shape cable a series of work on the design, production, testing, and popularization is developed. And the performance advantages and application value of the small core diameter optical fiber with the cladding diameter of 80 μin are mainly introduced. Also the design, production technology, test and splicing method for this optical fiber in the bow shape cable (FTTH cable) are discussed.
