摘  要:介绍了船载测控天线面精度的测量原理,进行了误差指标分析,以某船载测控天线主反射面的更换为例,阐述了天线的安装方法和主反射面精度的测量方法,对测量中的难点提出了解决方案,最后进行了面精度测量和数据处理。结果表明,此方法可操作性高,反射面精度测量结果符合指标要求。In this paper,measuring principle of shipborne measurement and control antenna was introduced,error index analysis was carried out.Main reflection plane replacement of a certain shipborne measurement and control antenna was taken as an example,installation methods of the antenna and measuring methods of main reflection plane precision were described,and solutions to the difficulties in measuring were put forward.Plane precision measuring and data processing were carried out finally.The results showed that,the operability of these methods were high,and the measuring results of reflection plane precision met the necessity of the index.
