摘  要:目的:探讨"医云工程"运维管理的必要性和重要性,提出云计算条件下的数字化医院运维管理新模式。方法:剖析实施"医云工程"引入云计算后的业务构架改变和挑战,研究云计算条件下的运维管理需求,提出解决办法。结果:按云计算的运维管理要求,理顺运维管理组织架构,落实云平台的各个运维岗位及职责,明确彼此间的运维边界,并结合相应的运维规章制度和管理流程加以约束,从而实现高效规范的云平台运维管理体系。结论:在推进"医云工程"的过程中,要充分发挥云计算效力,必须建立云计算的运维管理模式。Objective: To study the necessity and importance of operation maintenance management mode of Medical Cloud Project, and put forward the new pattern for operation maintenance management of digital hospital under the cloud computing conditions. Method: Business structure change and challenge after introduction of cloud computing by Medical Cloud Project are analyzed and implemented. Operation maintenance management requirements under the cloud computing conditions are studied. Solutions are provided, Results: According to the operation maintenance management requirements of cloud computing, the organization structure of operation maintenance management, various operation maintenance positions and responsibilities of cloud platform, operation maiutenance boundary between them are defined. Combined with the corresponding operation maintenance rules and regulations and management process, it is restricted so as to realize an efficient and standard cloud platform operation maintenance management system. Conclusion: During the advancement of Medical Cloud Project, effect of cloud computing shall be given full play to, and operation maintenance management model of cloud computing shall be established.
