摘　　要：近年来,Web服务在异构医疗系统集成、远程医学、移动医疗等领域被广泛使用。随着可用的Web服务越来越多,对服务的有效发现就显得越发重要。在传统服务发布平台UDDI中,基于关键词和简单分类的服务发现机制已不能满足需求。语义网技术的发展为解决Web服务的发现问题提供了契机。提出开发基于语义的服务发布平台以替代UDDI,并在此平台基础上利用语义方法研究服务的匹配过程,改善服务发现的准确率。最后在区域医疗范围内构建应用仿真,测试服务发现准确率的同时提供此类应用的可行方案。Web service has been widely used in heterogeneous medical system integration, telemedicine, and mobile medical in recent years. With the growing number of available web services, effective discovery of service becomes much more important. The traditional UDDI method, which uses keyword-based and simple classification searching, cannot satisfy users＇ need anymore. And semantic web technology provides a new way to improve precision and high recall in service discovery. This paper firstly develops a semantic support service advertisement platform, and then works on the service matching process to increase the matching degree. Finally, a simulation model in the healthcare filed was built, which provided a viable solution for the effective discovery of healthcare services.
