摘　　要：目的:建立一套方便业务人员设计使用的医院统计信息采集系统。方法:由业务人员进行充分的业务准备,选择国内先进的数据采集工具实现统计信息采集。结果:建立了一套业务规范、符合信息技术标准,能整合不同时期、不同业务系统来源的统计信息采集系统,为统计分析奠定了重要基础。结论:基于业务人员的医院统计信息采集系统方便灵活,可在全国医院推广使用。Objective： To establish a set of statistical information collection system designed and used by medical staff. Methods： To select an advanced data collection tool to finish data collection after medical stall had prepared the business and data standards etc. Results： A set of hospital statistical information collection system which met the business and IT standards was established, which can integrate the data sources from the different periods and different business systems, It will lay an important foundation for the statistical analysis later. Conclusion： Hospital statistical information collection system based on the medical staffis convenient and flexible, which vciU promote the further use in all hospital in China.
