摘　　要：目的:利用医院无线网络实现移动医疗,真正做到以患者为中心,将医生工作站延伸到床旁,使临床医生在床旁及时准确处置医嘱和查询各种信息。方法:详细阐述了移动医生工作站的体系结构、关键技术的设计思想与实现方法。结果:移动医生工作站不仅实现了临床医生实时处理医嘱及病历,而且能够快速、准确地查询患者的相关信息,摆脱了查房需携带大量纸质病历的传统模式。结论:真正实现了诊疗快捷化、移动化、高效化,提高了工作效率和数据的准确性。Objective： To realize the mobile medical using wireless internet, focus on patient, exten＆ medical workstation to the side of the bed, enabling the clinician to fast and accurate handle various information right besides patients. Methods： Describes the system structure, and key technology of mobile workstation in detail. Results： The mobile workstation realizes clinicians real-time processing orders and records, enable clinicians to query patients information quickly and accurately, avoid traditional mode of rounds which need to carry large amounts of paper of medical records. Conclusion： The mobile medical workstations enable the treatment to be fast, mobile and efficient, improve the working efficiency and increase the accuracy of data.
