摘　　要：目的:基于已建中药相关数据库,分析数据库集成信息与结构,抽取信息形成数据模型,从整体上有效地组织和管理这些数据,消除"信息孤岛"现象。方法:从中药领域的数据特点和实际需求出发,综合采用物化方法和虚拟方法这两种方法,提出专门面向中药领域的数据库集成框架。结果:提出基于语义web的中药数据库集成研究的初步思路。结论:面向中药领域的数据库集成,可以为研究学者提供更为广泛的、潜在的、隐含的信息知识,促进中医药信息事业发展。Objective： Based on the built Chinese medicine database, analyzed the integrated information and structure of the database and formed a standardized data model to organize and manage the data and to eliminate the phenomenon of ＇information island＇. Method： Proposed the database integration framework in the field of traditional Chinese medicine from the data characteristics and the actual needs of the Chinese medicine field, using a combination of these two methods of physical methods and virtual methods. Results： This paper presented preliminary ideas of traditional Chinese medicine database integration based on the semantic web. Conclusion： The database integration facing the field of Chinese medicine could provide a wider range, the potential implicit information and knowledge for researchers, and promote the development of medical information.
