摘　　要：采用云计算应用模式构建云服务的井冈山区域远程医学服务平台为当地基层医疗卫生机构提供远程医学服务,有效解决当地缺医少药、看病难问题,并通过远程教学帮助培训基层医疗机构卫生技术人员,把技术引向基层,切实增强基层医疗服务能力,扭转我国卫生事业"基层不强、小病大看"状况,是一种运营成本低、收效好,适用于我国中、西部老少边贫地区推广应用的创新医疗服务模式。Jinggangshan regional remote medical service platform using cloud computing application model of cloud services to provide remote medical service for the local grassroots medical and health institutions, effectively solve the local doctors, medical treatment is difficult, and through remote teaching, help to train the medical institutions at the grassroots health workers, the technology to the grassroots, effectively enhance the service capacity of primary health care, torsion now the situation of Chinese health ＂base is not strong, small watch＂, is a kind of low cost, good effect, suitable for Chinese western edge, and the popularization and application of poor areas of innovation of medical service model.
