摘　　要：远程医疗是当今世界上发展十分迅速的高新技术应用领域。探索在大医院与基层社区医疗中心之间建立远程医学系统,搭建远程医学服务平台,使社区医疗中心不受空间和时间上的限制,方便快捷地获得大医院医疗资源的支持,有效降低百姓医疗成本,有利于区域医疗整体水平的提高。同时,配合国家卫生改革政策和医疗服务体系,从运营管理方面深入挖潜,不断提高社会和经济效益。Telemedicine is the very rapid development of high-tech applications in the world today, with good prospects for development. We explore telemedicine technologies and community health services, better applications and promote the construction of regional health information. Telemedicine in community medical information effectively overcome the restrictions of space and time, and reduce health care costs, and is conducive to the construction of regional health information. Telemedicine to meet the national health reform, and gradually into the community, and further tapping the potential from operational management, and constantly improve the social and economic benefits.
