摘　　要：基于生物样本库的海量数据,使样本信息和资源共享利用困难。结合可视化信息管理数据库的采集,应用Web技术的数据检索、查询和管理,建立生物样本库信息管理系统的信息整合和共享平台。The clinical and basic science research domains present exciting and difficult data integration issues. Solving these problems is crucial as current research efforts in the field of biomedicine heavily depend upon integrated storage, querying, analysis, and visualization of clinicopathology information, genomic annotation, and large scale functional genomic research data sets. Such large scale database analyses are essential to decipher the pathophysiological processes occurring in most diabetes mellitus and metabolic diseases so that they may be effectively treated. We describe the web technological for the information platform and sharping systems of metabolic disorder biomedical we have developed to store, query, analyze, and visualize these data sets together.
