摘　　要：医院人力资源是医院发展最重要的战略性资源。介绍了兰州军区兰州总医院自行研制的基于B/S结构的J2EE框架的人力资源系统,详细描述了从系统的需求、设计一直到实现和应用的过程,重点描述了所应用的技术和应用效果,系统在运行一年的情况下,收到了良好效果,具有广泛推广应用价值。Hospital human resource development of the hospital＇s most important strategic resources.the article describes the Lanzhou Military Region, LanzhouGeneral Hospital indigenously developed based on B/S structure J2EE framework results of human resources system, described in detail from the needs of the system, design to implementation and application process, focusing on the description of the application of technology and application effect, the system is runningyear＇s case, with good results, has wide application value.
