摘 要:目的找出造成三起水源污染事件的原因,为防止类似事件再次发生提出合理化建议。方法对3个发生水源污染事件的给水所进行基本情况及环境、卫生学调查,并对受污染的水质相关指标进行检测分析。结果铁路集中式给水所水源保护措施不足、生产技术设备落后是造成该三起事件发生的主要原因。结论水源保护措施不足、设施设备陈旧、生产技术落后是铁路集中式给水所普遍存在的问题,只有重视对水源的保护,加大对给水所技术、设施设备的投入,建立健全的饮用水管理制度及水污染事件处理预案,才能保障铁路集中式给水的卫生安全。Objective find out the causes of the three water pollution incidents to put forward reasonable suggestions to prevent similar incidents from happening again. Methods investigate the basic situation and environment, health survey for the three water supply stations which have happened water pollution incidents in the source water, test the related index of contaminated water and analysis the results. Results the main cause to the pollution of the three railway centralized water supply stations is that water source protection measures are inadequate, the production technology and equipment lags have felled behind. Conclusion It have been common problems that railway centralized water supply corporations only have some obsolete facilities, equipments and the backward production technology, at the same time ,water source protection measures are inadequate, it can ensure the safety of railway centralized water supply only by attaching importance to water resources protection, increasing investment of technology, facilities and equipment for railway centralized water supply corporations establishing a sound water management system and water pollution incident handling plan.
