兴和县2004-2008年常规免疫接种率的调查评价

摘　　要：目的了解内蒙古兴和县2004-2008年间的常规免疫接种率情况,为今后的常规免疫接种工作和监测质量提供一定依据。方法采用估计接种率、报告接种率和调查报告率对2004-2008年内蒙古兴和县常规免疫的乙肝疫苗(HepB)、卡介苗(BCG)、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗(OPV)、百白破联合疫苗(DPT)和麻疹疫苗(MV)免疫接种率监测报告和调查接种率资料进行整理和综合分析。结果 2004-2008年间五苗的估计接种率大部分在>79.00%,其中>100.00%(不包括100.00%)的占25%;报告接种率均为>98.00%;调查接种率均在>93.00%。结论兴和县免疫规划监测信息管理系统运行良好,免疫接种率维持在较高的水平。Objective This study is to estimate the routine immunization coverage of Xinghe County during 2004-2008. Methods The reported routine coverage data during 2004-2008 were collected through China Immunization information system and the data investigated which we analyzed HepB, BCG, OPV, DPT and MV vaccines with reported inoculation rate, estimated inoculation rate and investigated inoculation rate. Results The reported inoculation rate, estimated inoculation rate and investigated inoculation rate for HepB, BCG, OPV, DPT and MV vaccines during 2004-2008 were respectively more than 79.00%, 98.00%and 93.00%. Conclusions China Immunization information system in Xinghe County during 2004-2008 was worked well. The inoculation rates have been kept higher levels in Xinghe County during 2004-2008.
