摘　　要：注塑设备实现智能化是实现由"中国制造"走向"中国创造"的科技发展道路。智能化是先进制造技术、信息技术、微电子技术、电子技术、网络技术、检测技术的集成和深度融合,具有感知、分析、推理、决策、控制功能的"人脑"智能,实现以注塑制品质量为目标的智适应成型加工。能耗智能化和设备管理智能化已取得了一定成效。注塑成型加工技术参数的智能化技术是实现注塑设备全方位智能化的核心技术,还未触及,有待开发。高端全方位智能化的"傻瓜式"全电动注塑机必将呈现。Realization of intelligent injection molding equipment is the technological development way from ＂Made in China＂ to ＂Created in China＂. Intelligence is the deep integration of advanced manufacturing technology, information technology, microelectronics, electronic technology, network technology and testing technology, and it has perception, analysis, reasoning, decision-making and control functions as ＇human brain＇, and it can achieve intellectual adaptation molding process with the goal of injection products quality. Energy and device management intelligence have achieved some success. The intelligent technology of technical parameters of injection molding processing is the key technology of full range intelligence of injection molding equipment, which is not touched yet, and to be developed. High-end intelligent all-electric injection molding machines will be presented.
