摘　　要：对硫化机的卸模装置、推胎机构及热板等部套作了比较细致的探讨,分析了原有的特点和不足,提出了改造方案,并进行了具体的设计,取得了较好的效果。This paper makes a detailed discussion on mold unloading device, tire pushing mechanism, hot plate and other components of curing press, analyzes the original features and shortcomings, proposes transformation program, carries out specific design, and achieves good results.
