摘  要:针对国家电网公司新技术推广、科技成果转化和资源共享等科技重点业务,探讨科技创新工作机制,提出国家电网公司科技资源共享平台的总体框架设计和详细功能设计,形成了以"一个纲要两个目录"为核心的新技术推广功能模块、自由转化和公司评估相结合的成果转化功能模块以及包括4个展示单元的资源共享模块。结果显示国家电网公司科技资源共享平台已应用于实际科研创新工作中,能够有效地满足各项业务需求,对今后的科技工作具有显著的促进作用。According to the new technology promotion, scientific & technological achievements transformation and resource sharing in State Grid Corporation of China, the working mechanism of science and technology innovation was discussed, overall framework design and detailed functional design of science & technology resource sharing platform were proposed for State Grid Corporation of China, so as to form new technology promotion functional module with the core of catalogue architecture, achievements transformation functional module combined free market and valuation, and resource sharing functional module including 4 display units. The results show that the science & technology resource sharing platform has been applied in practical work of science and technology innovation in State Grid Corporation of China, which can effectively meet the business demand and has a significant promotion to the future work of science and technology.
