摘 要:为了解决实际调试过程中1 000 MW发电机组轴系润滑油流量分配工作的耗时性,及其受制于轴瓦类型而导致调试工作的复杂性,通过对不同机组调试数据的研究,提出了能够拟合不同机组轴系润滑油流量分配特性的函数模型;通过对不同尺寸轴瓦进油量的对比分析,引入了渐进对比法的概念。在某电厂椭圆瓦轴系润滑油流量分配调试中,使用了结合函数模型辅助法和渐进对比法的调试方法,机组168 h满负荷运行结果表明轴系瓦温达到了优良标准,该调试方法不仅保证了调试效果,更节约了调试时间。In order to save the time of bearing lube oil flow distribution in the actual commissioning process of 1 000 MW power unit, and reduce the complexities of commissioning process due to the restriction of lead bearing type, a function model that could fit different bearing oil flow distribution characteristics was proposed, based on the research of commissioning data of different units. The concept of progressive comparison method was presented through the comparative analysis on the lube oil amount of bearings with different sizes. The method that combined function model and progressive comparison was used in the commissioning process of elliptic bearing lube oil flow distribution in a power plant. The results show that the bearing temperature can reach excellent standard after 168 h operation at full load. Therefore, this commissioning method can not only ensure the commissioning effect, but also save the commissioning time.
