摘 要:对锦屏—苏州(简称锦苏)±800 kV特高压直流输电工程锦屏换流站基于SIEMENS技术的换流阀控制和监控功能进行分析,对阀基电子设备(valve base electronics,VBE)与换流器控制和保护(converter control and protection,CCP)之间的信号关系进行论述。对在锦苏工程系统调试过程中,锦屏换流站极II高端换流器模拟极母线差动保护跳闸闭锁后,发生的VBE就绪信号(VBE READY,VBE-RDY)置零,导致VBE退出运行故障的原因,以及换流阀投入旁通对及VBE-RDY置零的机理进行了详尽的研究;对在极I低端换流器系统调试过程中,锦屏站VBE盘柜110 V直流电源丢失造成VBE跳闸闭锁换流器故障进行分析研究。同时对上述问题提出了解决办法,并将在后续在建的特高压直流工程中付诸实施。The converter valve control and monitoring functions based on SIEMENS technology were analyzed for Jinsu (from Jinping to Suzhou) 800 kV UHVDC power transmission project. The signals between Valve Base Electronics (VBE) and Converter Control and Protection (CCP) were analyzed too. The reasons of VBE READY (VBE-RDY) null value and making VBE out of operation were researched while DC bus differential protection tripping of Jinping converter station simulated pole 2 high voltage converter during Jinsu 800 kV UHVDC system commissioning tests. Moreover, the principle of converter valve bypass and VBE-RDY null value were analyzed in detail. The VBE trip and converter block fault caused by VBE cabinet 110 V DC power loss test was analyzed and researched in pole 1 low voltage converter system commissioning tests. The solutions to solve above problems were proposed and will be put into practice in the following 800 kV UHVDC transmission oroiect.
