原发性高血压肝阳上亢证诊断量表信度与效度检验

摘　　要：目的：考查原发性高血压肝阳上亢证诊断量表的信度与效度。方法：以山东中医药大学附属医院心内科门诊原发性高血压患者为调查对象，以原发性高血压肝阳上亢证诊断量表为调查工具对其进行调查问卷，考查量表的重测信度、分半信度、同质性信度、内部相关系数、区分效度及结构效度。结果：原发性高血压肝阳上亢证诊断量表的重测信度在0．798～0．902，分半信度相关系数R=0．772，同质性信度3个维度的克朗巴赫系数为0．874，0．833，0．716，内部相关系数3个维度与总量表的相关系数分别为0．938，0．915，0．687，区分效度肝阳上亢组与非肝阳上亢组正态性检验，亢阳上扰、肝肾阴虚、总量表积分P=0．000，结构效度3个公因子的方差累计贡献率为67．00％，旋转因子模型结构与量表的条目设置吻合。结论：原发性高血压肝阳上亢证诊断量表具有良好的信度和效度，是灵敏、有效、可信的测量工具。Objective：To investigate the reliability and validity of diagnostic scale of essential hypertension（EH） with ascendant hyperactivity of liver Yang syndrome. Methods ：We recruited EH patients who from department of cardiology of affiliated hospi- tal of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine. Diagnostic scale of EH with ascendant hyperactivity of liver Yang syndrome was used as test tool. Test-retest reliability ,split-half reliability ,consistency reliability ,intra-unit correlation coefficient, diseriminant validity and eonstruet validity were used to evaluate the scale. Results：The test-retest reliability of the diagnostic scale was 0.798--0.902. Correlation coefficient of split-half reliability was R=0.772. Cronbaeh＇s coeffieient of three dimensions of the scale were 0.874,0.833,0.716 respectively. The correlation coefficient of three dimensions and diagnostic scale were 0.938,0.915,0.687 respectively. Normality plots with tests of liver Yang group and non-liver Yang group,diseriminant validity P=-0.000. Variance of the cumulative contribution rate of three communal factors was 67.00%. Model structure was coincide with the item of diagnostic scale. Conclusion：The diagnostic scale of EH with ascendant hyperactivity of liver Yang syndrome has good reliability and validity,which is a sensitive,effective and credible diagnostic scale.
