养血清脑颗粒治疗原发性高血压的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:系统评价养血清脑颗粒治疗原发性高血压的疗效及安全性。方法:全面检索近15年发表在国内医学期刊上的养血清脑颗粒治疗原发性高血压的随机对照临床研究文献。利用RevMan 4.2软件对多个研究结果的总体效应进行Meta-分析。结果:共纳入15篇随机对照临床试验,1 461例患者符合纳入标准。Meta-分析结果显示养血清脑颗粒组和常规降压药组在降压疗效和改善头痛、头晕、失眠症状有效率方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05),提示养血清脑颗粒组降压疗效和改善头痛、头晕、失眠症状有效率方面均优于常规降压药组;两组在药物相关性不良反应上比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),提示养血清脑颗粒治疗原发性高血压的不良反应和危险事件发生较少。结论:养血清脑颗粒治疗原发性高血压疗效确切,使用安全。Objective：To assess the curative effect and safety of Yangxue Qingnao granules（YQG） in treating essential hyper- tension. Methods：We searched systematically the literatures of YQG in treating essential hypertension which published in the domestic biological medical journals in 15 years. All literatures were randomized controlled trials. The methodological qualities of the included studies were evaluated,data were extracted,and then Meta-analysis was carried out by software RevMan 4.2. Results：Data were abstracted from 15 studies containing 1 461 essential hypertension patients who treated with YQG or west- ern medicine（WM）. Meta analysis showed that there were the differences in the total antihypertensive effective rate,effective rate of the clinical symptoms（such as headache,swirl, insomnia,ect.） between YQG group and WM group,and there were sig- nificant differences in adverse reactions between YQG group and WM group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：YQG has reliable cura- tive effect and is safe in treatment of essential hypertension.
