摘 要:目的对手术室准时开台实施精益管理的研究,有效发挥手术室资源来探讨精益管理的可行性。方法医院对手术室手术安排以及对手术医师、麻醉医师、手术护士实施面部指纹考勤等一系列的精益管理手段来促使手术室准时开台的实施。结果通过对手术室准时开台实施精益管理,手术准时开台率由原来的42.12%上升至现在的92.60%,手术周转时间缩短,成效显著(P<0.01)。结论精益管理能有效提高手术室准时开台,保障手术顺利进行。Objective To discuss the feasibility of lean management to function the operating room effectively by studying the lean management about making the operating on time. Methods The hospital scheduled the operating room and series of lean management means such as facial fingerprint attendance of surgery physicians, anesthesiologists and surgical nurse in order to promote the operating on time. Results It is proved to be effective that the rate of the operating on time rose from 42.12% to 92.60%. What's more, the operation turnover time got shorter through lean management of making the operating on time (P〈0.01), Conclusion Lean management can improve the operating on time of the operating room effectively and ensure the whole smooth operation.
