摘　　要：通过对黑龙江省10家三级综合医院抗菌药物整治前后各项指标进行分析,了解、明确黑龙江省严格执行原卫生部下发的《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法(征求意见稿)》后,是否真正规范了抗菌药物的使用,分析政策实施中存在的问题,提出相应的改进策略,最大限度地保证医疗质量。By the analysis of the indicators of antibiotics before and after remediation in the Third-Grade General Hos pitals of Heilongjiang Province, after Heilongjiang Province strict implementation of the primary Ministry of Public Health issued the Antibiotics ClinicalApplication Management Measures, whether the antibiotics is reatly regulated, and the problem in the policy implementation is analyzed, and improvement strategies are proposed, to ensure the quality of medical care.
