摘　　要：目的：探讨Orion钢板内固定治疗胸骨骨折的疗效。方法：根据骨折移位情况行颈椎前路钢板（Orion钢板）内固定治疗胸骨骨折32例。结果：平均手术时间10min，切口平均长5cm，全组病人均一期愈合。术后随访0．5～1．5年，所有病人均无钢板松动或断裂、胸骨均完全愈合。结论：Orion钢板内固定治疗胸骨骨折操作简单、创伤小、效果可靠。Objective：Analysis of 32 cases of sternal fracture treated with orion plate fixation from opera- tive route of anterior cervical, in order to summary the treatment experience. Methods： Anterior cervical plate （Ori- on plate）internal fixation were operated due to traumatic sternal fracture shift conditions personal, ly. Results：The av- erage operation time was 10 minutes and the incision length was 5cm, all patients achieved primary healing. After postoperative follow up of 0.5-1.5 years, the team shown that all the plate fixation were stable and none appeared screw slip or nonunion. Conclusion：Orion plate internal fixation operation is simple, the tissue trauma is small and re- liable.
