2002-2011年宜宾市某监狱羁押人群肺结核患者发现情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解监狱羁押人群肺结核病发病现状。方法根据2002-2011年传染病常规报告系统内报告的肺结核病例开展病例发现情况分析。结果 2002-2011年宜宾市某监狱所有羁押人群中确诊的肺结核患者104例,痰检涂阳41例,涂阳率39.42%,初治涂阳治愈率95.12%,确诊涂阴患者28例,完成疗程率92.86%。结论对羁押人员及时开展肺结核病例筛查,可有效阻断所在监区内传播。Objective To understand the morbidity status of pulmonary tuberculosis in prison custody population. Methods Cases from 2002 to 2011 were analyzed based on the general report system of infectious diseases. Results From 2002 to 2011, 104 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were confirmed in a prison of Yibin and the sputum smear positive cases were 41, with a rate of smear positive of 39.42% ; the smear the cure rate reached to 95.12% ; 28 cases were diagnosed as negative smear, with a completed treatment rate of 92. 86%. Conclusion Timely screening for tuberculosis cases could effectively block the spreading of within the prison house units.
