摘　　要：针对石油企业绩效评价问题,分析了低碳经济对石油企业绩效评价的影响,设计了低碳经济下石油企业绩效评价指标体系,然后选择采用特尔菲法和层次分析法确定指标权重,采用多级模糊综合评价法进行综合绩效评价,对样本企业进行了实证分析。研究结果为低碳经济下石油企业绩效评价提供借鉴。In view of problems in performance evaluation of petroleum enterprises, an anal- ysis was made of the influence of low-carbon economy on performance evaluation of petro- leum enterprises and an index system was designed for evaluating performance of petro- leum enterprises under the low-carbon economy. Then Delphi method and analytic hierar- chy process were adopted to determine index weight, the multi-level fuzzy co evaluation was made to conduct the comprehensive performance evaluation, and cal analysis was made of the sample enterprise.
