摘 要:使用“金属 -电双稳材料 -金属”的夹层结构 (结点 )可制成电压灵敏的保护单元 ,而使用多个并联结点构成的保护器可保证安全系数大大提高。本文报道了我们发现的、在室温时即具有电双稳性能的单有机材料 PAR,与铝膜一起构成的保护器原型 (prototype)在 10 0个结点的情况下得到阈值电压为 6伏、反应时间为数十纳秒和安全系数为 10 0 %的测试结果。因此可满足高级电信设备和机载仪器防止浪涌电压或随机感应电压的需求。Using “metal/electrical bistable material/metal”sandwich structure (junction) as the elementary unit of a voltage sensitive protector, the assured security coefficient of which can be greatly improved if numeral pa rallel junctions are used. In this paper the electric bistable property of a simple organic material, PAR, was reported at the first time. It was used for making protectors with aluminum films. A prototype with 100 junctions was made and the measured specifications are as follows: threshold voltage 6V, time of response in the order of 10ns and coefficient of security 100%. Therefore, it can fully meet the requirement for preventing the damage of surge voltage or random induced voltage in advanced or airborne electronic and communication equipments.
