送水泵高压变频器在崇海水厂的应用

摘　　要：该文主要介绍了某高压变频器在南通市自来水公司崇海水厂送水泵的应用。应用结果表明利用高压变频器可实现市政供水管网的恒压供水,减少市政管网水压的波动,能降低送水泵的启停次数,减少大型机组启停对电网的冲击,从而大大降低送水泵的电力消耗,减少公共管网和水泵系统的维修量。Application of high vohage inverter in Nantong Chonghai water treatment plant was introduced. Results show that application of high voltage inverter can keep pressure constant and reduce the volatility of water pressure in municipal water supply pipe network. Application of high voltage inverter can also help reducing the times of starting and stopping pumps and the impact on power grid caused by frequent starting and stopping of large units. Results also show the application can also reduce the power eonsumotion and the reoair costs of oioe network and oumo system.
