摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了TiO2-ZrO2负载硅钨酸催化剂H4SiW12O40/TiO2-ZrO2,以紫外灯为光源,研究了H4SiW12O40/TiO2-ZrO2对甲基紫溶液的光催化性能。讨论了甲基紫的初始浓度、催化剂用量、H2O2用量、催化剂的使用次数对甲基紫降解效果的影响。结果表明,H4SiW12O40/TiO2-ZrO2对甲基紫的最佳催化条件为:10 mg/L的甲基紫溶液在紫外灯照射下,催化剂用量为1.8 g/L,H2O2用量为2 mL/50 mL,催化剂的重复使用性能良好,在重复5次后,其降解效果仍能达到94.5%。H4SiW12040/TiO2-ZrO2 Was prepared by impregnation, the photocatalytic property of H4SiW12040/TiO2-ZrO2 on methyl violet solutions were studied using ultraviolet lamp. The influencing factors on degradation efficiency of methyl violet such as the initial concentration of methyl violet, dosage of catalyst, dosage of H2 02 and times of use of the catalyst were studied. The result indicated that the op- timum catalytic conditions were as follows : the concentration of methyl violet for 10 mg/L, amount of cata- lyst of 1.8 g/L, amount of H2 02 of 2 mL/50 mL with ultraviolet radiation, the performance of reusage of catalyst is good, repeated 5 times its degradation rate can still reached 94.5%.
