摘 要:合成了淀粉-g-聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(St-g-PDMC),并与PVA共混,研究了St-g-PDMC/PVA共混比对共混薄膜的力学性能、抗弯曲性、水溶时间及吸湿率的影响,同时验证其对涤/棉纤维粘合性的影响。结果表明,随着PVA含量的增加,共混薄膜的断裂强度降低,伸长率和抗弯曲性能变好,水溶时间和吸湿率变小,对涤/棉纤维的粘合力先增大后减小,在St-g-PDMC/PVA共混比为60∶40时强力最大。To examine the end-use ability of starch-g-poly (methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chlo- ride) (St-g-PDMC)/PVA film. Effect of St-g-PDMC/PVA ratio on the film mechanical properties,the time required to break the film in water, bending resistant and hygroscopicity were studied. Meanwhile, effect of St-g-PDMC/PVA ratio on adhesion to polYester/cotton fibers was also studied. The results showed that breaking strength, the time required to break the film in water and hygroscopicity of film were reduced with the increased the content of PVA, and improved the breaking elongation ,bending resistant of film. As the content of PVA increased, the adhesion to the polyester/cotton fibers initially increased and then de- creased, and reached a maximal value when St-e-PDMC/PVA ratio was 60: 40.
