摘　　要：电力系统实时相角测量对于电力系统的稳定监控具有特别重要的意义。为了能实时地对电力系统的相角进行测量，文章提出了一种基于电压、电流交流采样值的新算法。该算法具有计算速度快、精度高等优点。：The real－time phase angle measurement is very important to the monitor and control of power system． In order to measure the phase angle， the paper present a kind of new algorithm which is based on the alternating data acquisition． A lot of simulation prove that the new algorithm＇s calculation is simple and fast．
