Correlation and Path Analysis between Yield and Its Components of Wheat Varieties ( Lines) in Regional Trial in Henan Province

摘  要:为了解高产小麦品种(系)产量构成三因素对产量影响的相对重要性,采用相关和通径分析法,对河南省2007~2012年冬水组区试前3名共57个小麦新品种(系)产量构成因素进行统计分析。结果表明:产量构成因素的变异系数大小为单位面积(666.7m^2,下同)穗数〉穗粒数〉千粒重,产量构成因素与产量的相关程度为穗粒数〉单位面积穗数〉千粒重;偏相关和通径分析结果显示,单位面积穗数和穗粒数对产量的作用较大且产量三要素对产量(偏相关和通径分析)的数值较大且接近,说明它们已在较高水平上达到协调。根据分析结果和河南省生态条件,小麦(半冬性品种)高产育种以选育多穗兼大穗型品种为主,同时稳定千粒萤.To reveal the relative importance of three yield components on yield of high yield wheat varie-ties( lines), the yield components of 57 new wheat varieties (lines) from the top three in Henan Provincial re-gional trial of winter group in 2007 - 2012 were analyzed by correlation and path analysis methods. The varia-tion coefficient of yield components showed spikes per 666.7m^2 〉 grains per spike 〉 1 000 - grain weight; the correlation with yield was grains per spike, spikes per 666.7m^2 and 1 000 - grain weight in order. The partial correlation analysis and path analysis results showed that the spikes per 666.7m^2 and the grains per spike had larger effects on yield and the three yield components had larger and closer values, which indicated that the yield components got coordination at high level. According to the analysis results and ecological conditions in Henan Province, the high - yielding semi - winter wheat breeding should mainly chose multiple - and large - spike varieties, and stabilize 1 000 -grain weight.
