摘 要:选择34个枣属砧木进行嫩枝扦插试验,并调查当年砧木生长状况。结果表明,生根率的高低与枝龄、生长势密切相关。当年生枝条扦插生根率达31.86%,显著高于多年生枝条的扦插生根率(15.2%),枝条生长势强,扦插生根率高,产量也高,但生根率与种属无关。酸枣和枣平均生根率分别为32.53%和31.33%。应选择适宜的砧穗组合,提高亲和力。生根率高的砧木可配置生长势较强的品种;生根率低的砧木,可配置生长势较弱的品种,使砧穗保持生长和结果的相对平衡。The shoot cutting experiment was carried out with 34 Zizyphus rootstocks, and their growth statuses were investigated. The results showed that rooting rate was closely related with shoot age and growth vigor. The cutting rooting rate of annual shoot reached 31.86%, which was significantly higher than that of perennial shoot (15.2%) ; the annual shoot had strong growth vigor, cutting rooting rate and yield; the roo- ting rate had no correlation with species. The rooting rate of wild jujube and jujube was 32.53% and 31.33% respectively. The optimal stock - scion combination should be selected to improve the grafting affinity. The stocks with higher rooting rate could be allocated with the scions with strong growth vigour, while those with lower rooting rate was in reverse to keep the relative balance of growth and fruiting.
