补肺活血胶囊结合吸入舒利迭治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肺活血胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效。方法:将90例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组50例、对照组40例,两组均予舒利迭(沙美特罗/氟替卡松50/500μg)吸入治疗,治疗组在吸入治疗的基础上予补肺活血胶囊4粒,每日3次,1个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率达92.00%(95%CI=80.25%～97.74%),高于单纯使用舒利迭的对照组80.00%(95%CI=64.12%～90.82%),两组综合疗效比较(u=1.788 1,P=0.073 9),差异接近临界状态。结论:补肺活血胶囊联合舒利迭治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期的疗效高于单纯使用舒利迭的证据尚不够充分,其收益为OR=0.35(95%CI=0.10～1.25),NNT=8(95%CI=3.83～55.28)。To observe the effect of Bu-fei Huo-xue Capsule on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period. Methods： 90 cases with COPD in stable period were randomly divided into treatment group （50 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The two groups all were treated by Seretide （salmeterol/fluticasone propio-nate 50/500 μg）. And treatment group were treated with Bu-fei Huo - xue Capsule based on above inhalation therapy, 4 capsules each time and 3 times a day. One treatment course included 1 month. Results： the effective rate of treatment group was 92.00% （95% CI = 80.25% - 97.74% ） , higher than that of control group 80.00% （95% CI = 64.12% - 90.82% ）. The difference between the two groups was close to the critical state （ u = 1. 788 1, P = 0.073 9）. Conclusion ： There is not enough evidence to show that Bu-fei Huo - xue Capsule com- bined with Seretide has better curative effect than single Seretide on COPD in stable period, OR = 0.35 （95% CI =0.10 - 1.25）, NNT =8 （95%CI =3.83 -55.28）.
