摘  要:应用小波包良好的频域分频特性,对配电网发生单相接地故障后的线路暂态零序电压和零序电流进行分解,得到其在不同频段的特征量,并利用暂态量突变特征最明显的频带作为特征频带,故障线路与非故障线路小波包分解系数的差别采用计数累加的算法实现故障选线。同时,为了避免弱故障时暂态分量过小引起的误选,结合零序电流有功分量法对弱故障进行判断,进一步提高了选线的正确性。通过仿真结果证明了提出的判据抗干扰能力强,即使在电压过零短路、高阻接地时仍可保持较高的可靠性。According to the wavelet packet's illustriously characteristic of domain frequency division, with proper Fre- quency bandwidth disintegrating transient zero sequence voltage and zero sequence current in each circuit after single- phase grounding fault of distribution network, to get the characteristic of each circuit in the different frequency. Choosing the line with the most obvious characteristic of transient quantity decomposition coefficient between fault line and un-fauh line, and mutation. Utilizing the different of the Wavelet packet making the use of count accumulation to bring about Fault line selection. Unit judgment of using the Zero sequence current active component method to analysis weak fault can avoid False choosing because of the little transient component when the fault is feeble. The criterion which is raising in this article has the advantage of anti-interference ability, The voltage zero short or high resistance grounding. criterion can keep the high reliability when the circuit is
