摘  要:采用染色体常规压片法,对白楠(Phoebe neurantha)和闽楠(P.bournei)的染色体进行了观察分析,结果表明:白楠的染色体数目为2n=24,其核型公式为K(2n)=2x=24=20m+4sm,染色体相对长度组成为6L+4M2+10M1+4S,核不对称系数为57.58%;闽楠染色体数目为2n=24,核型公式为K(2n)=2x=24=24m,染色体相对长度组成为6L+4M2+12M1+2S,核不对称系数为54.96%。两者均为二倍体,染色体主要由中部和近中部着丝点染色体组成。白楠属于Stebbins核型分类中的"2B"型,闽楠为"2A"型。The chromosomes in Phoebe neurantha and P. bournei were detected and analyzed by common squash and mi- crophotography methods. The results indicated that the number of the somatic chromosome in P. neurantha was 2n = 24, and its karyotype formula was K(2n) = 2x = 24 = 20m + 4sm, the constitution of relative length of chromosome was 6L + 4M2 + 10M~ +4S, and the asymmetry index was 57.58%. The number of the somatic chromosome in P. bournei was 2n =24, and its karyotype formula was K(2n) =2x = 24 =24m; the constitution of relative length of chromosome was 6L +4M2 + 12M1 +2S; the asymmetry index was 54.96%. The chromosomes of the two species were diploid, and were mainly metacentric and submetacentric. Based on the Stebbins' classic method, the karyotype of P. neurantha belongs to "2B" type, and the P. bourneiis belongs to "2A" type.
