油茶幼苗根腐病病原及防效研究

摘　　要：油茶幼苗根腐病是一种危害油茶苗木的毁灭性病害,经过对病苗组织的分离、培养、纯化,获得镰孢属(Fusarium sp.)真菌的纯培养;几种杀菌剂的田间防效试验结果表明:70%甲硫·福美双(白色甲托)可湿性粉剂防治效果达75.9%,优于生产上常用的多菌灵,且该药剂在市面货源充足,可在生产上推广应用。Camellia oleifera seedling root rot disease is a more destructive disease of tea-oil seeding. Pure culture of Fusarium sp fungus were gained by isolation,cultivation,purifying to diseased tissue and field efficacy trims of several fungicides were tested. The results showed that 70% sulfur thiram （white armor）WP is better than normally used thiabendazole, the medical effect reached 75.9%, and plenty of goods on the market, can be widespread use in production.
